Under the return policy, refunds go to the original payment method. Website returns within Saudi Arabia have SAR 25 taken off as a service charge, but nothing is deducted from store returns. Shipping and delivery charges stay with Rina unless a manufacturing defect was reported in time, in which case the whole amount comes back. Cancelling once the courier has the order also costs SAR 25. The full process may last as long as 15 business days.
The FAQ page tells a different story: card payments come back either as a voucher for Rina's website or to your bank account, minus SAR 25 inside Saudi Arabia and SAR 80 for orders abroad, and it requests the IBAN, the bank name and the name on the account. Have those details ready and check with Customer Service which route your order will follow.
