Under the Saudi shipping policy, orders above SAR 249 ship free, while product pages show a SAR 20 delivery charge on anything smaller. The shipping FAQ page, however, still claims every order ships free, so go by the amount on the checkout page.

Once dispatched, an order takes between 2 and 5 working days to arrive, and anything placed after 1 pm goes into preparation the following working day. Cash on delivery means paying in cash; couriers don't take cards at the door. The payment page limits this option to amounts of SAR 2,500 or less, and anything above that must be paid by card or wallet. If you pay upfront, you avoid the cash-on-delivery charge and, when returning an item, you get to pick whether the refund lands on your card or in your wallet.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, either through the “Returns & Exchanges” area of your account or, for guest orders, via the order tracking page. Product pages describe returns in this period as free, although shipping and cash-on-delivery charges are not given back.

Items have to be sent back in their original packaging, tags attached, with every strap and accessory included. Anything returned used, incomplete or late is shipped back to you at your cost. A few more points to keep in mind:

• For hygiene reasons, these can't be returned: nutrition products, wearables, headphones, swimwear and swimming fins and goggles, socks, gloves, insoles, shoelaces, towels, mats and the like.
• Products in a sealed box become non-returnable as soon as the box is opened.
• With a multi-item order, a return can only be filed once everything has arrived, and all the items must go in one return request.

Once you have requested a return, a courier collects the item; this takes between 5 and 7 working days. After it reaches them, the money is credited to your e-wallet, which also takes between 5 and 7 working days.

Card payers choose between a refund to the original card or to their wallet; for mada cards, the refund can take as long as 4 working weeks. Cash on delivery orders are refunded solely as credit in the e-wallet, which stays valid for one year for future purchases on the site.

An exchange is limited to a different size of that same product, allowed once per item and only in the first 14 days after delivery. Log in, open “Returns & Exchanges”, select the product, then give the reason and the size you want. A courier then picks the item up, which takes between 5 and 7 working days, and the new size is shipped once the item has been inspected.
