Does Splash have a code for existing customers?

How are Splash deals such as “Buy 1 Get 1” calculated?

The on-site promotions are where most Splash savings come from. A “Buy 1 Get 1” deal means adding two items covered by the same promotion, and the lower-priced one costs nothing. For “Buy 2 Get 1”, three items go in the cart and the cheapest comes free.

One rule shoppers often overlook is that all the items in the cart need to belong to that same promotion; if they do not, the discount will not work out as you expect.

Can Splash gift cards or vouchers be used on discounted items?

No. A Splash gift card only pays for full-price items outside every promotion, so it will not cover a cart made up entirely of sale products.

Returns need care too. When a voucher paid for part of an order and you send anything back (some of it or the whole order), that voucher gets voided and you are refunded for the returned items, minus the voucher amount you benefited from. Basket discounts follow the same logic: partial returns are allowed, but the discount attached to them is lost.

What does Splash charge for delivery, and when does it become free?

The Help Center says orders of SAR 200 and above are delivered free, while smaller ones are charged SAR 10. Every fee appears on the checkout page ahead of confirmation, so review them there.

Delivery normally takes between 4 and 5 working days. To skip the fee, choose the free “Click & Collect” service: a text message and an email let you know when the order is ready, the branch keeps it for 14 days, and after that it returns to stock with your money refunded.

Can I pay cash on delivery at Splash, and what does it cost?

Yes. Cash on delivery appears among the payment options, though each such order carries an additional SAR 17 service charge, on top of any delivery fee that applies to you.

You only get this charge back when the entire order is returned; a partial return does not refund it. Shukran points also cannot be used towards the cash on delivery charge or shipping.

Does Splash offer installments with Tabby or Tamara?

The Splash Help Center lists these payment methods: Tabby, PayPal, Shukran points, gift cards, cash on delivery, Saudi cards, and international Visa and Mastercard. Tamara does not appear on that list.

Large orders can also be split into instalments with certain banks' cards: if both the order and your card qualify, you pick the term at checkout, and each bank sets its own minimum. With Tabby, returning products means the outstanding instalments are subtracted from your refund.

How long is the Splash return period, and what cannot be returned?

Purchases can be sent back within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, together with the invoice, every accessory and any free promotional gifts included in the delivery. Swapping for a different size or colour cannot be done online at the moment, so return the item and place a new order.

The main non-returnable categories are:

  • Perfume, jewellery, swimwear, beachwear and underwear.
  • Beauty items and personal care products.
  • Towels, bedding and bathroom items that have been unpacked.
  • Used items or items damaged through misuse, unless there is a defect.

How long do Splash refunds take, and can I return items at a store?

For card payments, the returned parcel reaches Splash in between 2 and 5 working days; inspection and issuing the refund then need 2 working days, after which the bank may take between 7 and 14 working days. On mada, a return that arrives and is inspected once more than 30 days have passed since ordering is refunded manually, which can last 14 to 28 days.

Paid cash on delivery? An online return gives you a voucher or credit in your Shukran wallet instead of cash. Bring the item back to a store yourself and you can choose between wallet credit, a voucher and cash. For bundles and “Buy 1 Get 1” deals, partial returns must go through a store or customer service, since online return requests only cover entire orders.

What is the Shukran program, and how can I benefit from it at Splash?

Shukran is the loyalty scheme run by Landmark Group, the owner of Splash. Membership costs nothing, lasts for life and has no minimum spend. To collect points on online purchases, connect Shukran with your Splash account on the “My Account” page.

20 points are worth SAR 1, and you redeem them at checkout using the Shukran bar. Returning an order you paid for by card cancels the points it earned you.
