Questions shoppers ask about DKNY

Does DKNY have a code for existing customers?

Yes: D6 (10% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

Does DKNY Saudi Arabia charge for delivery, and how many days does it take?

Spend SAR 370 or more and shipping is free; under that, standard shipping is SAR 18, shown at checkout ahead of confirmation. Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 business days.

The order might come in a single shipment or several, at different times, based on the location the items are packed at. A confirmation email listing every detail of the order follows once you've ordered.

Can I buy from DKNY online and pick my order up in store?

Yes, at no extra charge. Select store pickup while checking out, choose whichever participating store suits you, then an email will confirm the order is ready and give its confirmation number.

Preparation normally takes up to 48 hours, depending on the chosen store's stock, and you're alerted by email and WhatsApp. Mind these time limits:

  • Pick it up no later than 7 days after being told it's ready, or it gets cancelled automatically, with the money refunded to the original payment method.
  • Bring the confirmation number on your phone or as a printout; a friend can collect on your behalf with the confirmation number or message.
  • Before collection, customer service can cancel or change the pickup order for you, with the refund arriving within 14 business days.

Which payment methods does DKNY take, and can I pay in installments?

Right now the store takes Visa, Mastercard and mada, and Tabby or Tamara let you break the cost into 4 equal parts with no added charge.

Card declined? Check that online purchases are enabled on it and that you've finished your bank's 3D Secure verification, then look at the CVV and your spending limit. Still failing? Get in touch with customer service or your bank.

How many days do I have to return a DKNY purchase, and what are the rules?

Changed your mind? Anything bought on the website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel, or of collecting it from a store in Saudi Arabia. Returns are accepted if:

  • The item hasn't been worn and is as it was when it arrived.
  • All original boxes, instructions, warranty cards and extras come back with it.
  • Hygiene rules exclude earrings from returns and exchanges, except when they were damaged or faulty on arrival.

What's the process for returning or exchanging at DKNY, and what does home pickup cost?

Simplest of all: take your printed order confirmation to the nearest store and return or exchange the item there. Otherwise, use WhatsApp or phone on 0118211799, or email help@cs.alyasra.com, and they'll send a courier to your address, charging the following:

  • Return: SAR 18 for courier collection from your address.
  • Exchange: SAR 36 in total, made up of SAR 18 for collection and SAR 18 for delivering the replacement.

How long does a DKNY refund take?

When the item arrives, they check nothing is missing and that it's in original condition, then email you once the refund has been processed. Usually that happens on the day the item is received, but bank procedures can stretch the time it takes to reach your account to as much as 14 days.

Returned items are refunded at their full price, without any restocking charge; delivery fees paid on the order, however, are not refunded.
