The site’s top banner, however, promises free home delivery above SAR 199. How many days does Under Armour take to deliver?

Expect between 7 and 9 business days, counted from when the order ships. Anything ordered later than 1 pm (Saudi time) is processed starting the following working day.

Payment options are mada, Visa or Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, gift card balance, and cash on delivery. Paying by card at the door is not offered.

Instalments come through Tabby or Tamara, both of which take orders worth SAR 200 up to 20,000.

The payment methods page caps cash on delivery at SAR 2,500, and the shipping policy adds a SAR 20 charge for any order up to SAR 1,500. Paying upfront avoids that cash charge, and if you send something back later you can pick a refund to your card or to your balance.

How do returns and exchanges work at Under Armour, and what is the deadline?

Return or exchange requests must be filed no more than 14 days after the order arrives. Account holders go to “My account” and then “Returns & exchanges”. Guests can use “Track order”, or phone customer service on 00966114339460 between 8 am and 5 pm, Saturday through Thursday.

The conditions to know before filing:

  • Your return has to be at their warehouse no later than 14 days after the complete order reached you; if it is late, they return it and you pay the shipping.
  • With a multi-item order, nothing can be returned until every item has been delivered.
  • Put all the items you’re returning in a single request; anything packed in the parcel but missing from the request will be refused.
  • Each piece gets just one return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging, complete with labels, straps and every extra.
  • Report a damaged or faulty item via the “Contact us” page no later than 48 hours after it arrives.
  • Website purchases can’t be taken back to a store; all returns are handled online.

What can’t be returned to Under Armour?

Hygiene rules make some items permanently non-returnable: socks, gloves, towels, mats, earphones, nutrition products, wearable tech, swimwear along with swim goggles and fins, insoles and shoelaces, headbands, compression straps and medical tape. Products delivered in a sealed box are also excluded.

Home gym equipment may be returned, but when it has no defect a 10% restocking fee is taken off the price.

How long do Under Armour refunds take, and where is the money sent?

Once your return is registered, a courier picks the item up from your address in between 5 and 7 business days. When it reaches them, the refund lands in your e-wallet after a further 5 to 7 working days.

  • mada payments: the refund may need as long as 4 business weeks.
  • Cash on delivery payments: the amount becomes e-wallet credit to spend on later orders.
