Questions shoppers ask about lululemon

Does lululemon have a code for existing customers?

Yes: A1W (16% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

Does lululemon charge for shipping in Saudi Arabia, and how long does delivery take?

Orders above SAR 500 ship free; for anything less you pay SAR 30, a fee that stays non-refundable even when the order is returned.

Delivery reaches every city in the Kingdom in 1–3 business days, based on your address. If you order at the weekend or on a public holiday, the clock starts on the following working day, and an extra day or two is normal.

Is it possible to edit or cancel a lululemon order?

Once submitted, an order can't be edited in any way, the address included, so review your cart, total and address before you place it.

Cancelling means phoning 8003010107 (the call center) in working hours, no later than 60 minutes after you order. The same page claims cancellation is possible until the order leaves the warehouse, but don't bank on that; call quickly, particularly as they mention busy lines and slow responses.

What should I do if my lululemon order is late or missing items?

Use the site's «Contact us» page to reach the call center. For a missing item, keep the missing item's name, your email address, full name and order number to hand. Earlier orders are listed under «Your past orders» once you log in to your account.

Which payment methods does lululemon accept in Saudi Arabia, and are installments offered?

Online orders are paid by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Installments and cash on delivery don't come up on their FAQ page, so if you're hoping to split payments, see what the checkout page offers before relying on it.

How many days do I have to return or exchange at lululemon?

It depends on what you paid for the item:

  • Full price: returns or exchanges are accepted for 30 days.
  • Discounted: 14 days from the purchase date.
  • Manufacturing faults: return or exchange allowed for 15 days after purchase.
  • Items must be unworn with original tags still on; hold on to the receipt.
  • Socks, accessories, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return in the country of purchase; the refund goes to the payment method you used.

How soon do I get my money back after a lululemon return?

When the return arrives at their warehouse and has been processed, the money is credited to the card you used, appearing on your statement in 7–10 business days.

Be careful: the 30-day window is counted from delivery in one spot on their page but from the purchase date elsewhere. To be safe, start counting on the day you bought the item and send it back early.

How can I collect SHARE points when I shop at lululemon?

SHARE is the rewards scheme of Majid Al Futtaim, earned across its malls, hotels, restaurants and stores. To earn on lululemon purchases, sign up for a website account and type in your SHARE ID ahead of order confirmation, making sure it is complete and correct. Within 7 business days the points land in the SHARE app, and they can be claimed 14 days after purchase.

What's the earn rate? For every SAR 100 you get no less than:

  • 2.5 points for SHARE Classic members.
  • 3.1 points for SHARE Plus members.
  • 3.8 points for SHARE VIP members.
  • Points can be spent at other SHARE partner stores, though not on lululemon's own site.
