Prepaid orders in Riyadh can arrive the next day, Saturday through Wednesday, while standard delivery needs between 3 and 5 working days. Parcels are dispatched on working days from Saturday to Thursday, public holidays aside, and sales periods or holidays can slow things down.

Because a signature is needed on delivery, adidas won’t ship to PO boxes, and an order headed for a remote or hard-to-reach address may be cancelled. Orders with several products can arrive split across separate shipments.

Can I pay cash on delivery at adidas Saudi Arabia?

How many days do I have to return an adidas order, and is it free?

Online store purchases can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. To start a return, send customer service an email that includes the product code and your order number. A few special products have a shorter window of only 14 days, which is stated when you buy them.

Your return is accepted only if:

  • Nothing has been worn or damaged, clothes still carry their original tags, and shoes come back in the original box.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear, socks, water bottles and face masks are not returnable unless a manufacturing fault is present.
  • Personalised products made to your order are returnable only because of a manufacturing fault.
  • Purchases made through partners or other retailers go back to them under their policy, not to the adidas online store.

How long does an adidas refund take after I send an order back?

When your return arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection, the money is sent back to the payment method you used. Credit and debit card refunds take no more than 14 working days, and an email lets you know once the refund is approved.

Shipping charges are refunded only for a faulty product whose defect the warehouse confirms. A used item that fails the quality check earns no refund, and the charge for returning it to you is yours to pay.
