• A 5% customs duty on what the order is worth.

You can return an item up to 7 days after delivery, or exchange it once within 14 days for something of the same or greater value. It must be new, fit for resale and in its original packaging. For faulty or damaged products, the return or exchange window is 15 days after inspection. The following are excluded from both returns and exchanges:

• Socks and underwear.
• Swimming goggles and ear plugs.
• Water bottles and mouth guards.
• Personalised or custom-made products.
• Opened electronics, unless faulty.

On orders sent to Saudi Arabia, return or exchange shipping is your responsibility, except when the item has a factory defect or was damaged on the way. According to the FAQ page, when shipping a return would cost more than the item is worth, they can refuse it or suggest a different solution.

Before returning, make sure the product is still in original condition, that the receipt is at hand and that the deadline hasn’t passed. The parcel may take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive. Refunds go back to the payment method you used; processing takes up to 5 business days after they receive the item, and the money appears in your account in 5 to 21 days.
