Is it possible to return a perfume bought on the Rasees website?

Returns are allowed only in the first 3 days after the order reaches you, and the store examines the item before it accepts the return. The conditions:

  • The product must be undamaged with its original wrapping in place; removing the wrapping rules out a return.
  • You pay the shipping and return charge, which is SAR 50.
  • Items bought during offers or sales are non-returnable.
  • Sets and bundles go back complete; partial returns aren’t accepted.
  • You receive a shipping waybill and drop the item off with the courier yourself.
  • The refund reaches you no later than 14 business days after the return arrives, once they confirm it is undamaged.

How long is the exchange period at Rasees, and what should I do about a defective perfume?

Exchanges give you more time than returns: 7 days from delivery, under the same rule that the product is undamaged and its original wrapping hasn’t been removed, plus SAR 50 for delivery. An exchange is refused once the 7 days are over, when the product isn’t in sound condition, or when misuse caused the defect.

If the perfume is faulty or has a factory defect, Rasees replaces it no more than 7 days after delivery once you’ve contacted customer service via WhatsApp on 0555309306.

What if I refuse my Rasees order or don’t answer the courier?

Refusing to take the order, or leaving the shipping company’s calls unanswered, means you cover the SAR 35 charge for sending it back. Before paying, make sure your address and phone number are correct, and follow the shipping updates sent to you.

Can a Rasees branch take back or exchange an order placed online?

No. According to the policy, branches run on an entirely separate system from the online store, so Rasees branches in the Kingdom won’t return or exchange online purchases; returns go back only via the online store and its courier.
