Orders above SAR 349 ship free on the Saudi site; for smaller ones, the FAQ lists SAR 19 for shipping inside the Kingdom and across the Gulf. An express option gets the order to you within 1–3 hours, Riyadh deliveries usually take 24 hours, and other parts of the Kingdom take 1–4 business days.

Reef also delivers to Turkey and the Gulf in 1–4 business days, while the rest of the world takes 7–10 business days, for a fee that starts at SAR 40 and rises according to weight and destination. You can, under what Reef calls the Golden Guarantee. According to the FAQ, a perfume can be swapped or refunded if the scent isn't to your taste or there is a manufacturing fault. The return policy states that the guarantee lasts 30 days, counted from when the order reaches you, no matter how much of the perfume has been used.

Defective products are swapped immediately and free of charge once you get in touch with customer service. Within the same 30 days, Reef covers all return costs when:

• The product arrived damaged.
• The item delivered isn't the one you ordered.
• At least one product is missing from the order.
• The order contains more items than you paid for.

Request a return or exchange through the link provided in the policy page; a courier then comes to pick up the items. Returns normally cost SAR 25. The perfume must be in its original box, since a bottle without it won't be accepted. Points to check before sending anything:

• Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in Reef's branches.
• Multi-perfume offers can't be returned in part.
• Beauty products are only returnable or exchangeable if they are defective.
• Orders shipped anywhere other than Turkey, the Gulf or Saudi Arabia can't be returned.
• Reef may turn down a Golden Guarantee claim that is repeated or that it believes involves misuse.

That depends on the payment method. Tabby and Tamara orders are cancelled and refunded on the provider's side; according to the FAQ, Tamara cancellations are refunded within 24 hours. Payments by mada or credit card are refunded to the same card, which the return policy puts at between 7 and 21 business days, varying with your bank.

Orders paid cash on delivery have that service fee taken off the refund. The FAQ adds that a standard return refund also has delivery fees taken out, which is worth remembering before you return anything.

On the Saudi store you can pay with cash on delivery, wallet credit, Apple Pay, STC Pay, credit cards or mada. Instalment options are Tabby and Tamara, along with MisPay, Emkan and Madfu.

According to the FAQ, discount codes may work alongside offers, depending on the kind of coupon. Typing the code into the coupon box before payment shows you its conditions and minimum spend. Gift cards are different: they can be used even on special offers.

Digital gift cards are on sale at Reef, and on request it gift-wraps perfumes and adds a bag with each one, handy if the perfume is meant as a present. The option to order online and collect in a branch isn't available yet.
