If Naseem finds out that the recipient is out of town, or their location has no coverage, and this happens more than 24 hours ahead of delivery, the order is called off and refunded in full. In any other case, they'll get in touch so you can pick one option: collect it in person when you're in that city, name a different recipient there, or push delivery back 48 hours so the recipient has time to return.
A gift the recipient refuses isn't refunded, since it was prepared especially for you, but you're still free to pick it up yourself or nominate someone else, as long as handover happens in the same city within 48 hours at the latest. That 48-hour limit covers flowers, food, cake, seasonal products and the like; once it runs out without a decision from you, the order can't be cancelled, returned or redelivered. Any other products can be rescheduled to a time that suits you.
