There are several kinds. Daleel Stars points build up as you shop; the Maxup program pays you a share of what people spend after they register via your link; and marketing campaigns hand out promotional credit. Each promotion comes with its own terms, which the store may change whenever it likes.

According to the FAQ, offers and Daleel Stars points can't be stacked on one order, so work out which saves you more before checking out. Keep in mind too that promotional credit expires, whereas card and loyalty credit does not.

To use Maxup, copy your personal invitation link and send it to others. Each purchase made through it adds a percentage to your wallet, from 0.3% for Bronze members up to 0.7% for VIP. Once payment goes through, your account lists the code under «Orders page». It can also be sent to your registered email, provided email delivery is enabled under your account settings. The home page claims cards are emailed instantly and automatically; the terms, however, make email delivery depend on that setting, so if you see nothing in your inbox, check the orders page.

Delivery is complete and final the moment the code arrives in your inbox or shows in your account. From then on, keeping it safe and private is up to you; the store accepts no liability for loss, theft or use by another person. After final confirmation the order can't be edited or cancelled, even when it's set for a later date.

Under Daleel Store's terms, the user must confirm the card or code matches the account, country or store, and Daleel Store takes no responsibility for regional restrictions or an issuer's refusal. Its refund policy adds that a card locked to another region (Region Lock), meaning it doesn't match your account or country, is not a defect eligible for a refund.

How you redeem a card can also depend on the country it was issued for. The help center's iTunes article shows this well:

• Standard card: open the App Store, select your profile picture, pick the code-redemption option, then type in the code.
• UK iTunes card: go to posa.mintroute.com, select the service and denomination, enter the receipt code plus your email, then complete activation via the link sent to you.
• Canadian iTunes card: its code comes through a link in your «Order details» page; you then use that 16-digit code to redeem it through the App Store.
• According to the article, the card's validity ends 3 months after you buy it; under the terms, the store carries no responsibility for a code that lapses before it is used.

The site displays logos for mada, credit cards, Apple Pay, American Express and STC Pay. The FAQ explains that the available methods appear at checkout and can vary with country and platform.

Tabby's logo isn't shown on the website. However, the App Store release notes for version 3.9.9 of Daleel Store's app say it was added, letting you buy cards now and pay later. Tamara doesn't appear anywhere on their pages, so look at what options you are offered at checkout.

Only the account holder's own payment method is accepted; paying with another person's card isn't allowed. Daleel Store says there are no hidden fees, though your bank might add its own charges under its policy. If money left your account but no order shows up, the payment has usually stalled or failed for technical reasons, and banks usually reverse the charge on their own.

As a rule, no. After payment and delivery of the correct code, an order is final: it can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged, and a used code is never refunded. The single exception: a technical fault in the code itself. When that is proven, they either swap the product for a new one or refund what you paid. The policy gives no refund timeline and doesn't say whether money goes back to your card or your wallet.

None of the following counts as a defect: buying by mistake or passing the code on to another person, the provider declining activation under its policy, a code that doesn't fit your account or country, an expiry date that was shown at purchase, or a problem such as a ban on your account with a third party.

Once a digital order is confirmed, customers have no way to cancel it. Daleel Store, on the other hand, can cancel any order on a precautionary basis when it suspects unusual or unlawful activity.

If that happens, the amount isn't returned straight to your wallet or card. It is first held for 21 days from the date of cancellation for security and financial review, while they wait for bank claims, complaints from affected parties or alerts from payment providers. Note that the refund doesn't become automatic once that period ends, according to the policy.

Believe the cancellation was wrong? You can send a formal objection to the dedicated objections email, along with documents showing the transaction was legitimate. The policy sets no deadline for their response, and the outcome depends on what the verification finds.

Daleel Stars is the store's loyalty program. Every purchase earns points, which you can swap for credit in your Daleel Store wallet or for a range of digital cards, though certain cards have a points minimum. The points never expire, and your account shows both the balance and its history.

You can't move points to a different account, but you can spend them on a card and give it as a gift. Five levels appear on the page: Daleel Junior, then Daleel Active, Daleel Pro, then Daleel Expert, and finally Daleel Premium. What the page doesn't say is how many points each riyal earns or what it takes to move up a level.

Wallet credit, per the terms of use, can only be spent on the platform: no withdrawals to a bank account and no transfers to other users. Credit you got through Daleel cards or a loyalty program has no expiry, but promotional credit is valid for a limited time and is then cancelled without compensation. An account suspended for a violation has its credit frozen for 90 days, after which any remaining balance is forfeited if no dispute is open.
