Grasse Perfume Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: RR82 (SAR 5 off). Its full terms are on its card above.

Set prices and bundles are the backbone of Grasse's online deals. At this guide's last update, the home page featured a section selling perfumes at SAR 96 each and a bundle of 4 perfumes costing SAR 199, plus areas for seasonal deals and gift sets. VAT is included in every price, and you can add gift wrapping and a gift card when shopping for someone else.

Grasse hasn't published any rules for discount codes: there's no stated order minimum and no word on stacking a code with a bundle deal. If you have one, enter it and look at the final total at checkout before paying. Nothing on the site mentions a points or loyalty scheme either.

The FAQ puts delivery at between 24 and 48 working hours for Riyadh addresses, and between 3 and 7 working days elsewhere in the Kingdom. Customers outside Saudi Arabia should allow between 7 and 15 working days.

Grasse's pages don't state a shipping fee or a free-shipping minimum, so look for both at checkout before confirming. When the courier collects your parcel, you'll get a tracking text from them, and the order also appears under your Grasse account. Edits after payment are only possible before dispatch; after delivery, you're limited to exchanging or returning.

Payment options named in the FAQ are mada, Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay, Tabby and Tamara, which means instalment plans through Tabby or Tamara are on the table.

Cash on delivery, by contrast, is clearly described as paused for the time being. Apple Pay doesn't appear among the listed methods, so if you'd like to use it, see what checkout offers you.

Exchanges and returns can be requested for 30 days after delivery, provided the bottle is untouched and unopened, in the same state you got it, and still in its original box.

What makes the difference is the samples. Each order includes testers of the scents you bought, letting you test them without breaking the seal on the box. If those samples are missing from your parcel, the policy lets you exchange or return it right away, even once you've tested the full-size perfume.

A flat SAR 25 is charged on each exchange or return. Be aware that the exclusions list bars opened perfumes, yet the same page permits a post-trial return when no samples came with the order; if that applies to you, say so clearly in your very first message to customer service. Items bought via outside apps are governed by whoever sold them.

Requests are turned down when:

• The bottle is opened or already used.
• The bottle was personalised with engraving you asked for.
• The item is a perfume sample.
• The order came from a country that isn't Saudi Arabia or another Gulf state.
• The original packaging is missing or damaged, or it's been over 30 days since delivery.
• You've already filed more than one request to exchange or return that order.
• Grasse judges the request to be abusive or needlessly repeated, in which case it may decline.

Message customer service on WhatsApp first, then give the item to the courier. After it lands at their warehouse and passes inspection, your request is processed, and anyone who opted for an exchange has the replacement shipped out.

Expect the money in between 7 and 21 working days, with Fridays and Saturdays excluded. Tabby and Tamara purchases are refunded through those providers on their terms. On international orders, refusing delivery or not paying customs means the shipping and customs charges are taken off what you get back.

According to the FAQ, every Grasse perfume is covered by a warranty, with a pointer to a fuller warranty policy. That policy isn't actually linked on the page, though, while the returns-and-exchanges policy contains no clause dealing with a broken bottle or a scent that isn't the one you ordered.

If this happens to you, WhatsApp them the moment the parcel arrives and photograph both the bottle and its box. No reporting deadline is given, and it's unclear whether the return charge (SAR 25) still applies when the error is Grasse's, so raise that question before posting anything back.

Across 11 cities and regions, the branches page counts 31 shops. Riyadh has 10, Jeddah 7, Makkah 3 and Abha 3, Jazan has 2, and Madinah, Taif, Qassim, Tabuk, Al-Ahsa and Khamis Mushait each have one.

Returns, as the policy describes them, go back through the courier, and it isn't stated whether a web order can be returned in a shop, so check with customer service before heading over. You can also download the Grasse app from the App Store or Google Play via the link in the site footer.
