Nana Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: PF97 (15% cashback). Returning Nana shoppers get 15% cashback. Its full terms are on its card above.

Not anymore. According to its website, the app now has four sections: groceries and everyday essentials (over 22,000 products), cafes and restaurants (over 10,000 outlets), all sorts of digital cards, and beauty products (over 2,000 brands).

Nana's site promises delivery in 20 minutes and customer service 24/7. Orders are placed through the app, so install it on your phone from the official store first.

Express covers everyday essentials you need quickly and arrives within minutes. Hyper suits large weekly or monthly grocery shops and carries a broader range of over 22,000 products, going by Nana's own Google Play description.

Nana says its shoppers hand-pick your items, and you can book delivery for a convenient time rather than receiving it immediately. For a large order that isn't urgent, scheduling spares you from waiting around for the driver.

Nana's terms count gift cards and promo codes as accepted ways to pay, and state that each offer or discount carries its own conditions and may be capped by quantity or time. They don't clarify whether an order can take only one code, or where exactly the code goes. Read the offer conditions in the app and confirm the cart shows the discount before placing the order.

In-app prices include 15% VAT unless otherwise stated and can change without warning. Should a price be listed wrongly, Nana may cancel any order placed at that price and notify you. Any attempt to game offers or prices is banned under the terms, and fraud can get an account suspended.

Per the terms, orders normally arrive in 20–60 minutes. The precise time is shown at checkout as an estimate and depends on traffic, weather and how busy things are. Double-check your address and make sure someone can take the order: Nana won't accept responsibility for delays from a wrong address, and perishables must be taken in immediately.

Neither the terms nor the website give a delivery fee or a free-delivery minimum, and we couldn't find a free-delivery subscription or a points scheme on Nana's official pages. Check the fee and final total in your cart before confirming.

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery, though the terms limit it to areas where the service is offered. Nana's terms list these ways to pay:

• Apple Pay plus other digital wallets.
• The Nana wallet, which you top up beforehand.
• Cash on delivery in areas that have it.
• Gift cards and promo codes.

Yes, as long as the driver hasn't collected it yet. After preparation begins or the order is out for delivery, you may no longer be able to cancel. Cancel through the app's cancel option, or phone customer service straight away.

Be aware that frequent cancellations can result in limits on your account. Nana can also cancel an order itself when an item is out of stock, when fraud is suspected or for operational reasons. Because orders are processed in real time and can only be changed slightly once confirmed, check your cart carefully first.

Let them know no later than 24 hours after delivery, with photos that show the issue. Once your claim is approved, the money is returned to your Nana wallet or the payment method you used, within 5–7 business days. If something was out of stock while your order was being prepared, they'll tell you so you can pick a substitute or take a refund for it.

Since most of what Nana sells is perishable, normal returns aren't accepted, but you'll get a replacement or refund when:

• An item arrives damaged or faulty.
• You received something other than what you ordered.
• An item is past its expiry date on delivery.
• Something from your order is missing.
