That depends on the return method. Returning at a LEGO store lets you exchange the product on the spot, while returning through the courier gets you a voucher for the website. Yet the same page states that refunds go back via the payment method you originally used, so ask customer service what you'll receive before you send anything back.

Delivery fees are refunded only when the store is at fault, for instance with a wrong or faulty product, and the refund comes as an online voucher. Change-of-mind returns, and returns made in a store, don't get the delivery fee back.
