Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging. Registered customers can start an online return under “My Account” and then “Orders”, or take the item and invoice to any branch. Exchanges happen in branches only: you return the item and buy its replacement as a separate purchase.

Some items aren't accepted back, which is especially relevant for baby essentials:

• Anything that has been used, modified or assembled, unless there is a defect.

Once an online return is requested, collection takes roughly 2–4 business days, with inspection and refund needing as many as 7 business days more. The bank or the company that issued your card might then need an additional 14 days. Refunds are always made to the payment method you originally used.

To cancel an order rather than return it, call customer service within an hour of placing it. Past that point cancellation isn't possible, and you'll go through the return process after the order arrives.
