There are two subscription types. Lunch gives you one lunch each day, ideal if you want something to eat at work; full day gives you either 2 or 3 main meals. Either one can last one week or one month.

Here is how the help center describes each plan. Not every plan is offered in every city, so open the app and see what's available where you live before picking one:

Right now the service runs in Riyadh and Jeddah, and the map inside the app shows which neighbourhoods are included. Unsure whether yours is? Share your Google Maps location with customer service and they'll confirm.

Meals come during a time slot rather than at a set hour. Lunch plans usually turn up from 12 until 2 PM, while full-day plans use one of two slots: mornings 7 to 11 or evenings 6 to 10 PM. Your slot is chosen in the cart at sign-up, and depending on city and plan the timings may vary or be split.

Yes, and the app handles all of it. To move your start date, go to the meal menu page, press «Change date» and choose a new day on the calendar. Keep in mind lunch isn't delivered on public holidays, Fridays or Saturdays, while full-day plans skip Fridays.

To skip a day, press «Mark as day off» beneath any meal in the menu; «Reopen day» undoes it. Swapping a meal once you've subscribed is done in «My subscriptions»: select the meal, press «Change meal», choose what you'd like instead and confirm with «Update meal».

Only online payment is accepted; paying in cash is switched off at the moment. Apple Pay, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and mada all work, and you can also use Al Rajhi points or the money in your Daily Mealz wallet.

No. Under the terms, each subscription can carry a single offer or a single discount. If the app is already showing a discount and you enter a code too, the code is calculated on the full original price rather than the discounted one. Vouchers work the same way, coming off the base price.

Certain codes carry conditions stated when they're announced, for example valid only on a first subscription, monthly plans or full-day plans, and certain deals apply only in particular cities or plans. Promo codes expire quickly, whereas gift card, points and compensation codes last one year.

Worth knowing before you sign up: the whole subscription is paid at the start and you can't defer paying for half the period. Prices are in SAR, with VAT and delivery inside the service area already included.

Cancelling is allowed at any time while the subscription is running; you're charged for meals already delivered and refunded for the others. Notice is required: one day for lunch plans, and 72 hours' notice for full-day ones, as same-day cancellations aren't accepted. If a meal is already out for delivery when you cancel, you pay for it.

Request a refund by tapping «Help» inside the app; processing takes between 7 and 15 business days, and how soon the money shows in your account is up to your bank. You'll need to provide:

• The full name on the account, plus the bank's name.
• The IBAN written as text, since refund requests with images aren't accepted by their system.
• How many meals actually reached you.

Points come as cashback on subscriptions and as rewards for referring friends. Each referral earns 3,500 points, equal to SAR 70, provided the friend is new to the app and has never subscribed. You'll find the invite link under «Tell a friend!» in «My account».

To redeem, open Rewards from «My account», enter the number of points you want to use and press Redeem. You'll then find a single-use discount code in your «Vouchers» list, ready for your next subscription.
