The FAQ says ready-made orders above SAR 200 are delivered free, while smaller ones carry a SAR 18 fee. Occasion cakes can be delivered within Jeddah for SAR 50–100, based on the district.

Under the terms, the delivery charge depends on how the order is handed over and is displayed at checkout. Munch handles its own deliveries, and you can follow up on an order by email or by phoning customer service. The price of an occasion cake depends on its size, its design and how many people it serves. The FAQ gives these starting prices:

• Occasion cakes: from SAR 210, serving five.
• Custom photo-printed cakes: starting at SAR 300, serving ten; the branch charges SAR 40 more to print a photo onto one of its ready cakes.
• Serving over 10 people: two-tier cakes from roughly SAR 599 for 15, and three-tier cakes from SAR 1,619.
• Letter and number cupcake arrangements take 15–20 pieces, at SAR 3.50 per mini or SAR 7.5 per regular cupcake, with a small base for SAR 30 or a large base for SAR 50.

Book several days ahead of the event, since an occasion cake takes 2–3 days at the very least, depending on how busy the branch is. Your order is confirmed only after payment, made either in the branch or through customer service. If they can't do the design you want, they'll propose other ideas: a printed photo, a cupcake design or a cream cake.

Ready-made cakes are on sale every day at all branches in various sizes and flavours; you can buy one and have a message written on it the same day. Need a particular quantity? They advise ordering two days in advance to be sure it's available.

The terms set fixed deadlines for cancelling or modifying an occasion order; once they pass, changes aren't guaranteed:

• You can cancel or change the order details until 48 hours before pickup; cancellations are handled by the branch.
• Changes to flavour, colour, shape or size must be requested two working days ahead at minimum; later than that, the change may not be possible or the price could rise.
• Moving the pickup date later requires the same notice; moving it earlier needs 3 days' notice or more, plus a free booking slot on the new day.
• Cancelling more than 48 hours ahead earns a refund, but not turning up for pickup means losing whatever you paid upfront.

Food and sweets are non-returnable and can't be exchanged. Other items may be swapped on the day of purchase if they're properly sealed and you bring the receipt. If you receive an order that doesn't match the description, or nothing arrives at all, let them know no later than 48 hours after receipt (or after the scheduled time if it never came) so they can investigate.

Miss the day of a branch-pickup order and they'll give you the same items, or alternatives of equal price, within 48 hours. Beyond that, the items count as spoiled and you get no refund. The cake becomes your responsibility once collected: store it in a room no warmer than 20°C, set out a solid table since it may be heavy, and remember there's a cork board beneath the bottom layer. Soy, nuts, flour and milk may be present in their products, so tell guests with allergies.
