At checkout, the system picks the largest discount among your coupons for you. You can check which coupon it used and swap in a different one if you like; to drop or replace the system's choice, use the payment page.

Codes are entered by tapping the Enter button during checkout and typing in a code you collected beforehand. Your coupons, whether used, expired or still unused, are listed in your account under My Coupons, together with each one's minimum spend. Keep in mind that codes are limited in number and go to the earliest claimers, as set by each campaign's rules and available stock, so once they're gone a code fails even when typed correctly.

In most cases the conditions attached to the coupon explain it, so check them one by one before contacting support. If none of them explains it, online chat support answers 24 hours, 7 days a week. The reasons:

• It has expired or already been used: check its status under Account > My Coupons.
• Your order is below the minimum: this counts only item value, excluding tax and shipping, so a cart that only clears the minimum thanks to shipping won't qualify.
• It's restricted to the app or the website, or to particular items.
• Seller coupons only cover that seller's products, and some apply only to chosen items in the shop.
• Select coupons are valid on certain products from chosen stores, so confirm which items qualify before putting them in your cart.

Whenever you're refunded for an order, the instalment plan updates by itself and there's no need to call Tabby, except for details like getting interest refunded, which they can answer. The money typically reaches your balance in 2 to 5 days, possibly longer depending on the bank. AliExpress marking the refund complete while the Tabby app still lists pending payments is just a normal lag in data syncing.

They advise continuing to pay instalments on schedule until the refund lands, to protect your credit record; the amount is then deducted from future bills or returned to your card. Further details:

• When an order is cancelled or an item sells out, AliExpress informs Tabby and the plan is closed automatically; avoid contacting Tabby yourself, as duplicate requests slow things down.
• Refunds are always paid to the card you used and appear on your statement.
• A partial refund smaller than your outstanding balance lowers your next payments by that amount; one larger than the balance cancels the remaining payments, and you receive the difference.

The return request page has the instructions. With a label: save it, wrap the item securely, attach the label and drop the parcel at the designated carrier's closest branch. With a QR code: open it on your phone through the request page or save a screenshot, pack the item and let staff scan the code; they'll print the label, so there's nothing for you to print. The warehouse inspects the parcel on arrival, and your refund depends on what the inspection finds.

To keep your return from being rejected:

• Don't combine orders from different sellers in a single box. Labels belong to individual sellers, so mixing them may mean the return goes missing and the refund is refused.
• You can't switch the designated return carrier, the pickup point or the destination address. Seeing AE RETURN listed as sender is normal and has no effect on the shipment.
• Phones and electronics sent back without a reason must be sealed and never activated, with every bit of original packaging and every accessory; filming yourself packing them is recommended.
• For damaged, bulky or heavy items that are hard to send back, you can arrange a partial refund with the seller instead.
• Should the carrier's office refuse your label, check you're at the correct carrier's branch, ask why, and tell customer service.
