Assaf Perfumes Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: TTT (5% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

Eligible orders ship free at Assaf, though orders whose combined weight goes over 20 kg aren't included. For heavier orders, shipping is priced according to the destination city and the real weight, and the checkout page shows the charge before you pay.

Several couriers handle the orders, such as SMSA, Saee, Aramex, Makhdoom and Tamex. Inspect the order the moment it arrives, since faults or problems with a product must be reported no later than 3 days after delivery.

Yes. Assaf ships to the Gulf countries, with fees that vary by destination country and parcel weight; the shipping details page displays them before you pay.

Two points to watch: if an international order goes undelivered for any reason, say you missed the courier or didn't pay customs duties, Assaf takes the shipping and customs costs out of your refund. Also, nothing shipped outside Saudi Arabia can be returned.

Yes. You're free to try the perfume; should it not suit you, request a return within 7 days of receiving it; watches have the same window. Returns cost SAR 19. The perfume must be sent back in its box, as the bottle alone isn't accepted. Some situations lead to a refused or reduced return:

• Multi-perfume offers can't be returned in part; either the full offer goes back or none of it does.
• Special editions and numbered oud oils are non-returnable.
• For cash on delivery orders, the service fee is taken off when you return.
• Each order number allows a single return request.
• International orders, delivered outside the Kingdom, are non-returnable.

Returns and exchanges share the same steps, with requests filed through Assaf's returns portal, assaf.rtn.ai:

• Open the link, start a return and pick the product.
• A return waybill arrives by email, and you use it to ship the product.
• When the product arrives and its condition is checked, the money reaches your account in 21 days or less.
• Want an exchange instead? You're refunded first, then you order the item you'd like from the website.

As with perfumes, a watch can be returned for 7 days after delivery. Manufacturing or technical faults are covered by a 4-month warranty from the date of purchase, so hold on to your invoice.

Apple Pay, STC Pay, mada and credit cards are all accepted on the site, as well as cash on delivery and installment plans with Tamara and Tabby.

Cash on delivery comes with a fee for the convenience of paying when the order arrives, and that fee stays with Assaf when an order is returned later, since the service was used. If there's a chance you'll send something back, paying upfront works out cheaper.
