Yes: ADM33 (10% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### What does Tavola charge for delivery, and how soon will my order arrive? Spend more than SAR 300 and shipping is free regardless of weight. Smaller orders see the fee at checkout before confirming; the charge is SAR 30 in any region, according to the Arabic FAQ page. No minimum order value applies. Inside Saudi Arabia, delivery needs between 3 and 5 business days, with dispatch running Monday through Saturday; expect slight delays during holidays, sales and busy seasons. Tavola delivers within the six Gulf states and nowhere else. As soon as the warehouse dispatches your order, an email arrives with the shipment number, which you can follow through the site's order-tracking option. Need a different delivery address? Get in touch with Customer Care quickly: once the order ships, nothing can be changed, and an address change may itself slow the delivery down. Until the order has been dispatched, you can add items or cancel it; email customercare@tavolashop.com quickly to ask. Collecting from a store isn't available right now, and same-day delivery isn't offered either. An order stuck in processing usually means the warehouse lacks one item, which has to come over from a store before shipping. For sold-out items, the product page has a “Notify Me” button that emails you once it's back. No confirmation email? Look in your spam folder before reaching out. Saudi customers can pay by American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, opt for cash on delivery, or spread the cost with Tamara installments. The checkout shows options based on the country you're shipping to. Card declined, or payment didn't complete? Customer Care can help you finish the order. Tavola's updated English return policy allows 30 days after you receive the order, provided the product is unused and in original condition, in intact original packaging, with every accessory and manual plus the original receipt. To start, contact Customer Care with the order number and why you're returning it. Exchanges follow identical conditions, though only within the country you bought from. Received something damaged, faulty or incorrect? Keep both the item and its box, photograph it clearly and email the pictures to Customer Care along with your order number. Depending on the case, they'll arrange a repair, replacement, exchange or refund. The following can be neither returned nor exchanged: - Sale items. - Magazines and books. - Beauty and personal care items, on hygiene grounds. - Food items like coffee, tea, fondant, food colours and cake mixes, except when you were sent the wrong item and report it, still sealed, no more than 5 days after delivery. The Arabic return policy page still states that they'll replace the product or issue a store voucher, with money going back to how you originally paid in between 7 and 10 business days only when a repair or replacement isn't possible. According to the updated English version, however, refunds to your original card or payment method begin no later than 24 hours after the return is approved and land in your account in up to 14 days depending on the bank; the original shipping charges aren't refunded. Check with Customer Care what you'll receive before sending anything back. A manufacturer's warranty covers many products, so hold on to the original receipt and read the warranty card in the box. Tavola handles servicing, repairs and spare parts across a large number of the brands it carries. To order a part, give Customer Care the part name and the model number of your appliance, and they'll check whether it's in stock. Eligible knives come with one free sharpening, limited to smooth-edged blades. Customer Care can also prepare a wholesale quote if you send them a list of what you need. Tavola is part of 4homes, a Gulf distributor of brands in kitchen tools and appliances, tableware, baking, and coffee and tea, which operates Tavola stores across all six Gulf countries. The site's store locator page lists branch locations and opening hours. There's also Tavola Studio, accredited to run PME sugar art and Wilton Method cake decorating courses, with bookings made through the studio's own website. Gift vouchers are only sold in stores, not online.
