Tamkeen Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: AD40 (5% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

According to the terms, website orders reach major cities, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Abha, Khamis Mushait, Dammam, Khobar and Al-Ahsa, in 48 hours, provided the main warehouse serving your city has the item. For everywhere else the estimate is between 5 and 7 business days. A more exact date, kept up to date, appears on the product page.

Tamkeen’s own team, Aramex or Naqel handle the delivery. Fees may change depending on where you live and how many items you order, and you’ll hear from customer service if they do. Express delivery is limited to certain cities and products, depends on local stock, and is not available on Eid or other public holidays.

Look the product over, outside and inside, before signing or giving the verification code to the driver. If you find a crack or any damage, turn the delivery down and phone 8002444464. Your signature or the code is treated as proof that the item arrived in good shape, and they can’t assist you once it is given.

A fault that shows up when you switch the appliance on within the first 48 hours goes straight to Tamkeen. Once 48 hours have passed, the brand’s agent is the one to contact; they send a technician to examine it and prepare a report. All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty of two years.

Within 3 days you can return a product and get its full price back, and within 7 days you can swap it for one of equal value or for a more expensive model, paying the extra. The product has to be unused and sealed, in its original state and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. To request either, use your account’s orders page, or call or WhatsApp 8002444464.

• Returning a home-delivered item costs SAR 100 in delivery charges, unless the agent’s technician reports a confirmed factory defect.
• Opening the box or using a product that turns out to have no technical fault leads to a deduction based on its condition, which the policy puts at 40% to 70%.
• Products that have been installed or used are accepted only when the agent’s technician confirms a manufacturing fault in a report. Personal care products and final clearance goods are not returnable.
• A free gift included with the appliance has to come back with it; if it has been used, its value comes off your refund.

Card payments by Visa or Mastercard are refunded minus the bank’s commission, which takes between 7 and 14 business days. For a product bought on Tabby or Tamara instalments and then returned, Tamkeen keeps 2% of the product’s value as an admin fee.

Orders can be cancelled until they ship, either in your account or through support. If you’re collecting the purchase yourself, pick it up no later than 15 days after the invoice is issued. If you don’t, Tamkeen has the right to cancel the invoice and hold the amount as credit in your account, and it isn’t liable for any later change in prices or availability.

Tamkeen’s instalment page shows four-payment plans from Tabby, Tamara, MISpay and Madfu, plus Basita, which can stretch to 36 months. Both Tabby and Tamara are accepted online, in the app and in branches, for everything except gift cards, on invoices from SAR 200 to SAR 9,000.

The full invoice has to go through the instalment provider, with no mixing with a second payment method, and you need the mobile number registered with Absher. Tabby divides the bill into 4 interest-free, fee-free payments. Tamara charges an admin fee for plans of 4 payments or more but nothing for 2 or 3. Refunds on instalment purchases go back via Tabby or Tamara, never as cash or a gift card.

Selected models on promotion come with free installation, which covers fitting the unit itself and no extra materials. Anything beyond that is charged, for example:

• SAR 75 for the base, plus SAR 50 per unit if the pipe needs adjusting to a different size.
• Taking down an old AC: SAR 50 if it is a window type, SAR 100 if it is a split.
• Scaffolding at SAR 75 per floor where the height exceeds 3 meters; a crane is paid for on site from SAR 250 per hour.
• Installers don’t lay electrical cables or drainage lines, and if you aren’t there within half an hour the appointment is cancelled.
• The service requires the original invoice. Tamkeen can decline to take back or exchange an AC after it has been installed, and installation work is guaranteed for one year.
