Yes: ST40 (10% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### What does Sporter charge for delivery, and how long does an order take? Orders above SAR 150, VAT included, ship free; anything below that carries a SAR 25 delivery charge. In Riyadh, orders usually turn up in 24 to 48 hours, while other cities typically take between 1 and 3 working days. Delays sometimes happen for reasons Sporter cannot control. After dispatch, you are emailed a link for tracking, then the courier calls to agree a delivery time. Sporter is headquartered in Dubai and ships from a UAE warehouse. Saudi customs regulations apply a customs processing fee of SAR 15 to each individual shipment valued under SAR 1,000, and 15% VAT is charged on top of that fee. The displayed prices already cover the VAT on each product, so it is not charged a second time at checkout. Saudi customers can choose cash on delivery, though SAR 25 is added to the order for it. Before picking it, bear in mind that returning something paid for on delivery does not get you cash back; the amount becomes account credit for later orders. Delivery charges and the cash on delivery fee are not refundable at all. Monthly instalments are available through Tamara and Tabby, although Tamara is only offered on orders above SAR 150. Apart from instalments, you can pay by credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Sporter says it only ever charges the order amount, so if your card shows something extra, that comes from your bank and its own policy. Source: [Sporter: FAQ](https://www.sporter.com/en-sa/faq/) ### Will Sporter take back protein or supplements? Usually not. Its return policy applies only to sportswear and sports accessories, and anything in sealed packaging can be neither exchanged nor returned. For supplements, then, the option is to complain if they turn up incomplete or damaged, rather than send them back over a change of heart. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, get in touch fast, sending your order number, pictures showing the item and its packaging, and the LOT (batch) number printed beside the expiry date. You have 48 hours from delivery to report a faulty product. - Send your return request to customer service by email, with product photos, within 7 days after delivery. - Items must be unused and in their original packaging with the tag still on, and shoes must be in their box. - For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned: towels and similar items, mouth guards, gloves, socks, sports bras, swimwear and smart wearable devices. Source: [Sporter: return and refund policy](https://www.sporter.com/en-sa/refund/) ### How soon does Sporter refund my money? Cancelled orders are refunded by Sporter within 1 working day, and returned products on the day they arrive at its UAE warehouse. Either way, your bank usually needs between 5 and 10 working days before the amount appears on your card. Payments made online return to the original card or account. Cash on delivery payments are refunded as account credit, visible within 24 hours. You get the VAT back with the returned product, but not the delivery or cash on delivery fees. Source: [Sporter: refund FAQ](https://www.sporter.com/en-sa/faq/) ### Why is Sporter not letting me complete my order or add extra items? Orders to Saudi Arabia are subject to limits, and going over them blocks the order even when a code is applied. No general discount-code terms are published on Sporter's pages, so read each code's own terms at the time you use it. - One order can be worth no more than SAR 825. - Each order can hold no more than 5 products, and a single product in one size and flavour is capped at 3 units. - Up to 4 orders in any 30-day period. - Confirmed orders cannot be edited; ask for a quick cancellation and then order again. Source: [Sporter: shipping, delivery and order limits](https://www.sporter.com/en-sa/orders-delivery/) ### Where do I find the expiry date on a supplement, and does Sporter sell genuine products? On each product page, the expiry date appears below the product name, labelled “Best Before”, and it is shown again when the item goes into your cart. Sporter promises at least a month of shelf life left on anything it delivers, so check the date before ordering if you plan to buy in bulk. Sporter describes itself as an authorised supplier to many of its brands, something you can verify on the brands' official websites. Free nutrition advice is also available if you cannot decide what to buy.
