Yes: AA22 (5% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### What does Abdul Samad Al Qurashi charge for delivery, and when is shipping free? Spend more than SAR 250 and delivery is free; below that, SAR 25 is added. Cash on delivery costs a further SAR 10 per order, which you avoid by paying in advance. Orders go out every day apart from Fridays, official holidays and Eid, and reach you within 5 business days after confirmation. Most deliveries come to the door, but in certain remote areas or where the address is vague that may not happen, so give the city, street name, building or flat number and the recipient's mobile number. The driver phones ahead to arrange a time. For now, express delivery covers only some areas. Exchanges and returns can be requested within 7 days after the order reaches you. The FAQ page, however, starts the clock on the order date instead, so do not leave it late. Conditions: - The item must be undamaged, unopened and unused, in the same original packaging it arrived in. - The pack itself must be undamaged, with its codes or serial numbers intact. - A free gift sent with the order must come back as well, in the state it arrived and with its original box. - Incense oud, oil perfumes, blends made up to your order, used items and anything lacking its safety seal cannot be exchanged or returned. - No exchanges or returns on orders shipped abroad. That depends on the payment method. Cash on delivery refunds go into your store account as credit to spend later. Card or mada payments go back onto the card used, provided the payment was made 14 days ago or less; beyond that, you receive store credit instead. Shipping for exchanges and returns is at your expense, and they let you know the cost once your request arrives. Gift wrapping, cash on delivery and delivery fees are not refunded under any circumstances. Any part of the order paid with loyalty points is not returned as points; only the portion paid by other means is refunded. The moment the item arrives, take clear photos that show the damage along with the packaging, and hold on to it since it must be sent back. Customer service needs the photos and details, and will then explain how to return it; once the item has been inspected, a replacement is sent with no shipping charge to you. Throwing the damaged item away means the return will be refused. For a parcel with something missing or a wrong item, photograph it from inside and outside, together with the invoice in the package, and describe what is missing or different. Once they have checked, the missing or correct item is sent to you free of shipping charges.
