Yes: DS1 (10% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### What does Rina charge for delivery, and how long will my order take? Orders inside Saudi Arabia ship free from SAR 499 upward; below that, SAR 25 is added for shipping. Collecting from a store costs nothing extra. Expect your order between 3 and 5 business days after it is confirmed, possibly longer while campaigns and sales are running. Gulf shipping is available too, at SAR 50 to Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and the UAE and SAR 90 to Qatar, with delivery in roughly 5 business days. Customers there pay customs and handling charges on arrival, and those charges aren't refunded if the delivery is refused. Pay by mada, Visa or Mastercard, or spread the cost over a maximum of 3 payments through Tamara. The return policy, however, rules out store returns and exchanges for orders paid by installment, so if you pay that way, plan to return online. You can return or exchange online orders for 15 days after they arrive; returning them through a store, though, puts them under store policy, which allows 7 days from receipt. Items bought in a store get 15 days if full price and 7 days if discounted or on offer. To be accepted, a return must meet these conditions: - Unworn and in original condition, including all accessories, tags and any promotional gifts. - Free of misuse damage, perfume smells and signs of wear. - If it arrived in poor condition, you have 24 hours from receipt to request a return, explaining why clearly and attaching a photo of the problem. - Any gift that came with your order as part of an offer has to go back with the product. - Returns and exchanges require the original invoice. Rina's policy keeps certain items out of returns and exchanges, so review the list before ordering: - Anything used, modified or assembled. - Worn shoes, except where there's a manufacturing fault. - Accessories like gloves, caps and socks. - Underwear and swimwear, as well as thermal items once used or with the label taken off. - Towels, loungewear, personal care products, and bathrobes whose packaging is opened or label removed. Under the return policy, refunds go to the original payment method. Website returns within Saudi Arabia have SAR 25 taken off as a service charge, but nothing is deducted from store returns. Shipping and delivery charges stay with Rina unless a manufacturing defect was reported in time, in which case the whole amount comes back. Cancelling once the courier has the order also costs SAR 25. The full process may last as long as 15 business days. The FAQ page tells a different story: card payments come back either as a voucher for Rina's website or to your bank account, minus SAR 25 inside Saudi Arabia and SAR 80 for orders abroad, and it requests the IBAN, the bank name and the name on the account. Have those details ready and check with Customer Service which route your order will follow. Start the return on the website, or email customer@rinafashion.com, or message Customer Service on their social media accounts; you'll get a text message with a return link and a form to complete. Customer Service checks the request and books the courier to collect the item, and the refund starts once it passes the conditions. An empty plastic bag comes with every order. For a return, place the item in it and seal it firmly before the courier takes it, then photograph the packed bag and keep the picture in case they ask for it. Founded in Saudi Arabia in 2008, Rina focuses on simple, practical everyday clothing for women at reasonable prices, and its «Rina Teen» line is designed for teenage girls. Store addresses are on the website's store locator page. An app is available for tracking orders and viewing new collections, and Rina says app users get exclusive offers.
