Its full terms are on its card above. ### What does Paris Gallery charge for delivery, and how soon will my order come? According to the site's top banner, orders over SAR 350 ship free. Smaller orders may carry a shipping fee based on their value or the delivery location; checkout displays it clearly before you place the order. Delivery normally takes between 1 and 4 working days after confirmation and reaches all cities and regions of the Kingdom via Naqel, RedBox, AJEX and Aramex. Expect longer waits in peak seasons, during sales and on special occasions. To avoid hold-ups: - Double-check your mobile number; if they can't get hold of you, the parcel may be held for a time and then cancelled. - Give your complete address, since a delivery that fails because of incomplete or incorrect details isn't their responsibility. According to the terms and conditions, electronic payments like Visa and Mastercard are accepted, while a site banner promotes interest-free installments. Checkout lists all the options for your order. You might also be asked to confirm your identity before the order goes through. Free gift wrapping is advertised on the site too, a nice extra if the fragrance or watch is meant as a present. If you've had second thoughts before delivery, ring 8003010000, the toll-free number for callers inside Saudi Arabia, no later than 48 hours after ordering, and they'll try to cancel it provided it hasn't been processed yet. If processing has already happened, the cancellation is handled as a return and the return rules apply. Take the item to the Paris Gallery branch nearest to you in the Kingdom no more than 14 days after the invoice date, whether it's incorrect, defective or you've simply had a change of heart. It has to be unused, in the same condition as when it reached you, and still in the original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice. Perfumes need particular care, because a return will be turned down if: - The box was opened, or labels or the logo were taken off. - There's damage or dirt; harm caused by misuse isn't considered a defect. - Your returns are excessive; they're entitled to refuse them. - Gifts follow the same rules: up to 14 days, and the original invoice is required. When the return has been checked and approved, you get the product's value back, excluding shipping fees and any taxes. For a manufacturing defect, the full price and shipping are both refunded to the original payment method. How long it takes depends on the situation: - According to the shipping page, processing a refund may take your payment provider or bank as long as 14 working days. - If you paid by Mastercard or Visa and delivery failed on the courier's side, the return page states the refund comes after 30 days, less shipping and bank payment charges. Yes, at any Saudi branch up to 14 days after the invoice date, as long as the item's packaging and condition are original and you bring your ID and the original invoice. Once they've checked it, you can choose: - Another product of equal value. - A lower-priced product, with the difference refunded to you. - A higher-priced product, paying the difference when you exchange.
