Its full terms are on its card above. ### How do Swiss Arabian's deals work, and are online offers valid in branches? On the Saudi site you will see a welcome discount for your first purchase, complimentary perfume samples in every parcel and no shipping charge once you pass a certain amount. Listed prices cover the product alone; shipping comes on top. Deals meant for online shoppers aren't honoured in branches unless that is announced, so don't count on getting a website offer in the showroom. Prices may also change without warning, and the retailer reserves the right to fix a pricing mistake even once your order has been sent. Orders under SAR 250 are charged SAR 16 to ship, while anything over SAR 250 ships free. Inside Saudi Arabia, delivery takes up to 3 working days. Anything submitted after 3 pm is counted from the following working day. Make sure your phone number and address are correct: missing address details hold up shipping, and repeated failed delivery attempts can lead to an extra redelivery charge. Once the order ships, you get a tracking link by text message or email. According to the Saudi site's terms, you pay in Saudi riyals with a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. The site's payment logos include American Express as well. Neither the Saudi site's terms nor its shipping page mention cash on delivery, Tabby or Tamara, so don't rely on them; look at what the checkout page actually offers. The store won't cover any extra charges your bank applies to your card. A sealed, unopened perfume in its original packaging can be returned, or swapped for something of equal price, during the first 14 days, with you paying for shipping. Opened perfume is only accepted back if they confirm it was sent in error or has a quality issue; in that case the shipping is on them. A few other situations to be aware of: - Got the wrong item because of their error? The exchange costs you nothing. - When the mistake in the order was yours and you want a swap, shipping is charged twice, once to collect it and once to deliver the replacement. - Cancellations must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. - Items bought from third-party sites fall outside the return policy. Branch purchases can be returned or exchanged at the branch where you bought them within 14 days, provided the product is still sealed in its plastic cellophane wrap and you bring the invoice. Items with a quality fault are replaced with the same product. Note these exceptions: - Loose oils and oud oil are neither exchangeable nor returnable. - Samples and gifts are neither exchangeable nor returnable. - Branches won't accept an opened perfume as a return. - Discounted items can be swapped only for the identical product. - When exchanging something bought on promotion, you pay the full price for the new item rather than the promotional price. Expect between 7 and 14 working days for a refund, which goes either to the original payment method or into store credit. Cancel before the order ships and you get everything back; once it has shipped, they wait until they confirm the returned item has arrived before processing anything. If the item came in a bundle, the amount you get back is worked out proportionally. If the order couldn't be delivered, shipping costs may be taken off the amount. Let them know within 48 hours and include proof of the damage. Because opened perfume is only taken back when they confirm a mistake or defect, a fast report backed by evidence is what protects you. Return shipping is paid by them when the error is theirs. Use the form linked from the return policy page to request a return or refund, or get in touch with customer service directly.
