Before returning, make sure the product is still in original condition, that the receipt is at hand and that the deadline hasn’t passed. Then email the returns address listed in the terms, gsuae\_cs@almana.com, which differs from the general customer service address gsuae\_cs@gosportme.com. The parcel may take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive. Refunds go back to the payment method you used; processing takes up to 5 business days after they receive the item, and the money appears in your account in 5 to 21 days. You get shipping costs back only for a factory defect or damage in delivery.
