Yes: RA22 (3% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### How long does delivery from Dar Alamirat take, and what does it cost? Riyadh orders ship on the day they're placed or no later than 2 business days after, while the rest of the country waits between 2 and 6 business days. There is no shipping or delivery at weekends or on public holidays, peak periods may push your order back a few days, and if the delay is significant the store gets in touch by email or phone. No fixed shipping fee appears in the policy; the cost depends on your order and is displayed on the payment page ahead of confirmation. Main cities get delivery to the door, whereas customers in nearby villages collect their parcel at the shipping company's office. When the order is dispatched, an email arrives with a tracking number that starts working within 24 hours. VAT is already included in the prices, and no customs duties apply within Saudi Arabia. For salon furniture, delivery covers assembly only; plumbing and wiring are not part of it. Dar Alamirat's payment settings list Apple Pay, STC Pay, mada and credit cards, and you can also draw on your store wallet balance. Instalments are available through MISpay, Madfu, Tabby and Tamara; choose whichever suits you at checkout. Their return policy does mention cash on delivery, with a catch: choose it and fail to receive the order after the courier has tried 3 times, and you won't be allowed to pay that way again. A few points in the Dar Alamirat terms affect how discount codes behave, so go through them if your discount is smaller than you expected or missing altogether: - Each code comes with its own conditions, so some work on reduced items and others exclude them. - Offers and discounts can't be stacked in one order unless that particular offer allows it, which means a code might not work on an item that already has a promotion. - Dar Alamirat may cancel or amend an order when a product price or discount coupon contains an obvious mistake. - Cashback is worked out on the order total excluding VAT, so when an offer has a minimum, you need to reach it before VAT is added. Return requests are accepted for 7 days after purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original state and fully packaged. Makeup can't be sent back or swapped once bought, a rule the store says protects every customer's safety. Sending back or exchanging an item from the care sections that has nothing wrong with it costs SAR 25, taken from your refund to pay for the return delivery; for furniture orders, SAR 100 is taken off. Fees for shipping and payment processing stay non-refundable unless the whole order turns up damaged. When you're not in at delivery time, the courier makes 3 attempts. The order is then sent back to their warehouse, and your refund is reduced by the order's standard SAR 19 delivery charge; this deduction is separate from the SAR 25 kept when a sound product is returned. Report it within 7 days of delivery by ringing 920014688, the store's unified number, and share a photo of the item and a video that shows the problem, together with the details of your order. If it's furniture or an appliance, record a careful video that explains the fault. After the case is verified: - An item too damaged to use is refunded at its full value as an online store voucher, which stays valid for a month from the date it reaches you. - Partial damage that doesn't stop you using the item is compensated in proportion to the damage. - If the product is wrong, the correct one is shipped to the same address once your return arrives and is confirmed unused and unopened; sometimes you get a voucher worth its value instead. - If the same order is delivered to you twice by mistake, the store collects the duplicate at its own expense. Once an order is placed, editing isn't possible; cancel it and order again instead. There's no charge for cancelling within the first hour, but after that a delivery fee applies: SAR 19 for a regular order, or SAR 100 if it's salon furniture. Once two hours have passed, the store can no longer cancel the order itself and you'll need to get in touch with the shipping company. Order cancelled because something is out of stock? Nothing to worry about: payment is taken only at dispatch, and the payment gateway automatically releases the held amount back to your card. When a single item is missing, they take it off the invoice, inform you and refund what it cost. Cashback took over from the old points programme at the beginning of 2026, and existing points could be used up to 31 December 2025. The amount you earn follows whichever offer is active at the time of purchase and is based on your order value excluding VAT. - Your wallet is credited once the order has been delivered to you. - The credit expires 90 days after you receive it. - It works only on Dar Alamirat's website and app and can't be withdrawn as cash. - Cancelling or returning the order also cancels the cashback it earned. There are 5 branches in Riyadh: Anas Bin Malik (Al-Sahafa), Abi Bakr Al-Siddiq (Al-Nafal), Al-Takhassusi (beside Panorama Mall), Laban (inside Shahd Mall) and Al-Khazzan (Al-Deera). Jeddah's branch is in Mushrifa, on Al-Makarona Road, Dammam's is in Al-Souq and Khamis Mushait's is in Al-Salam district, while a branch in Al-Olaya, Khobar, is marked as coming soon. Anas Bin Malik stays open around the clock from Saturday to Thursday, 24 hours a day, while most other Riyadh branches run from 8 am until after midnight and open in the afternoon on Fridays. The Dammam branch keeps split hours, so look at the branches page before visiting.
