Yes: CX28 (5% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### When will my Swarovski Saudi Arabia order arrive, and what does delivery cost? Any order ships free by standard delivery, which normally takes between 2 and 4 business days. For quicker delivery there are three paid choices, each of which turns free above a certain order value: - 2-hour delivery (Riyadh, orders placed from 8 am to 6 pm): SAR 40, or free above SAR 1,000. - Same-day delivery (Riyadh by 6 pm; Dammam, Khobar and Jeddah by 1 pm): SAR 30, or free above SAR 750. - Next-day delivery (Riyadh by 6 pm): SAR 25, or free above SAR 600. - Business days exclude public holidays, and P.O. boxes can't receive deliveries. If there's nobody to accept the order, rearrange the delivery time with the courier. Apple Pay is accepted, as are mada, American Express, Mastercard and Visa cards, and nothing is taken from your card until the order has been confirmed. Instalments are supported through Tabby and Tamara, and a dedicated Tamara page in the footer explains how it works. Worth knowing before you pick a payment method: returning an order you paid for in cash on delivery gets you a shopping voucher rather than money. To have refunds go back to a card, pay by card in the first place. Full-price pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery; sale pieces have just 7 days. Start a return from your account (guests use their order number and email) or drop it off at any Swarovski boutique. There's no charge for a return collected by courier. To be accepted, a return must meet these conditions: - The piece must be unworn and unchanged, carrying all its Swarovski tags and packed in the original box and packaging. - You'll need the invoice: the online one or the receipt from the store. - For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and any sets containing them can't be returned or exchanged, even if never worn. - Personalised pieces and gift cards can't be returned. - Ship all the pieces you're returning from the same order together in one parcel to speed up processing. Once your return has arrived and been inspected, the refund depends on how you paid: cards are refunded to the same card, while cash on delivery orders are refunded as a shopping voucher. Pieces received as gifts are refunded automatically to the sender rather than to you. Have a question about a return? The customer service team takes calls every day, Sunday to Saturday, between 9 am and 9 pm, on the free number 8001111368, and WhatsApp is linked from the footer of the site. You can include a greeting card bearing your own message (limited to one per order), plus a Swarovski gift bag. When the order is coming to you, each piece arrives separately in a bag of its own, leaving the wrapping to you. If the order is addressed to another person, every piece is placed in a single gift bag together with a delivery slip that doubles as the warranty; no invoice is included, so the recipient doesn't see the price. MUSE is free to join and rewards every Swarovski purchase with points, which you can also collect at over 700 other brands taking part. Your yearly points place you in one of three tiers (Gold, Silver or Bronze), and the higher the tier, the more points the same spend earns. Members also enjoy bonus points in the month of their birthday, free delivery and support reserved for them.
