All regions of Saudi Arabia are covered, and there are three ways to receive your order:

You have 14 days after delivery. In your account, open “Orders” and press “Return items online”, then select the items, the reason, the quantity and how you'll send them back. Finally, print out the label and attach it to the parcel.

What happens next: the courier sets up a pickup within 2–4 business days and will try at most 3 times; if the parcel isn't handed over, your return gets cancelled. Checking the items takes 7 business days, after which the bank might need as many as 14 additional days before the money appears.

• Only registered customers can return online; if you checked out as a guest, register using the same email address.
• Each order allows a single return request, so put every item in it at once.
• A return request can be cancelled before the deadline but not edited; to change it, cancel and start again.

These can't be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear, lingerie and underwear.
• Personal care items.
• Items that have been worn or altered, or damaged by misuse, except where there's a factory defect.
• Made-to-order pieces.
• Items covered by several promotions can't go back online; return them in store.
• Any free gift that came with the order must be included in the return.

That depends on the payment method:

• Credit or debit card: the money returns to that card, or you can take an e-gift card instead.
• E-gift card: refunded onto the gift card.
• Cash on delivery: returning online gets you an e-gift card, while returning in store gets you a gift card or cash.
• You get delivery fees back only when the item is faulty, damaged or not the one you ordered.

Direct exchanges aren't available. Instead, return the item at the closest store, then purchase the colour or size you're after in a separate transaction. Store returns require the invoice, with the item kept in its original state and packaging. In one place the page starts the 14-day count at delivery; elsewhere it uses the invoice date.
