Yes: FF48 (5% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### What is the delivery time at Al Habib Bedding, and which courier brings the order? Their warehouses prepare each order within 48 hours, after which Aramex or J&T ships it, depending on where you live. According to the shipping page, every region gets its delivery in 2 to 5 working days, while the FAQ's range is longer: 3 to 8 working days from the shipping date, not counting Fridays and holidays, and busy seasons can stretch it further. Addresses outside the delivery zone collect at the courier's office; in peak seasons you might be asked to pick up from their closest branch instead; couriers keep shipments for only 7 days. While an order's status reads “under review”, you can edit or cancel it and be refunded; once it ships, customer service can change the address and nothing else. If delivery runs over 15 days behind, you may cancel and get a full refund with no costs. Free shipping applies above SAR 390 according to the home page and the return policy, yet the site's top banner promotes it for orders over SAR 250, so look at the shipping charge in the basket before paying. Each order gets free shipping only once: if a return means the order must be sent to you a second time, that shipping is on you. Partial returns need care. When sending back part of an order drops the invoice under SAR 390, SAR 29 is taken off your refund for shipping. Gifts work the same way: a gift earned by spending over SAR 199 must come back in its original state if a partial return pushes the total below that amount, otherwise its value comes off the refund. You can't combine offers with a discount code in one order. The page covering payment and shipping lists cash on delivery, credit cards and mada cards, while the returns policy refers to payments made with Madfu, MISpay, Tabby and Tamara as well, which means instalments are on offer; the payment page shows which options your order qualifies for. How you pay changes how quickly a refund arrives: mada and bank card payments come back within 6 working days, whereas instalment plans and all other methods take up to 15 days. Returns are accepted for 7 days after delivery, both for manufacturing defects and for items that simply aren't right for you, either through the website or at a branch. Items must be unwashed and unused, in their original state, packed in the shipping carton with every accessory. One exchange is allowed per order, and an exchanged item can't then be returned. These can be neither returned nor exchanged: - For hygiene reasons: towels, robes, sleeping pillows with their covers, pillow and mattress protectors, and house slippers. - Air fresheners, diffusers, perfumes and candles. - Anything made to your own sizes or specifications. - If the quality team finds signs of use on an item, it is shipped back to you at your expense. On the website or app, choose “Create return ticket”, enter the details, take a photo of the item in its packaging exactly as it came, then submit it and expect their answer by email. If you want an exchange instead, type “exchange” in the notes box. After approval you receive an invoice: print it, put it with the item and drop the parcel at the closest Aramex branch. Your bank account receives the whole amount within 6 working days for mada or card payments, or within 15 days for instalment or Madfu payments. Going to a branch is quicker. Pack the item in its original bag or carton, put that into an Al Habib bag, give your order number at the nearest branch, and the refund comes through within 72 hours. For an exchange in store, name the product you want instead and settle or recover the price difference. Ready-made mattresses come with a 60-day trial starting from the invoice date; within it you may swap the mattress once, and a return requires good condition and the original packaging, with no returns allowed after a swap. There is no trial for made-to-order mattresses, and they cannot be returned, since they are produced specifically for you. Swapping a mattress or chair carries a SAR 350 fee payable in advance, while a return carries a SAR 200 charge. Every mattress has a 7-year warranty (the Ahlam model gets 5 years) that covers manufacturing defects only, excluding stains and tears. Recliner mechanisms are guaranteed for 1 year, and chairs are returnable or exchangeable only when there is a manufacturing defect. Expect ready-made mattresses within 2 to 10 working days and custom ones within 10 to 14 working days.
