11.11 2026 deals in Saudi Arabia

11.11 takes its name from the date: day eleven of month eleven. The event began in China and grew into one of the world's largest shopping seasons, with deals covering most departments.

In the Kingdom, 11.11 now marks the first stop of the November sales. noon, for one, describes it as the opening of a month of shopping events that closes on Black Friday and Yellow Friday.

In 2026 the 11.11 day itself is Wednesday 11 November. Deals tend to begin a few days early and keep going afterwards; noon, for instance, has set its sale for Thursday 5 through Friday 13 November.

A number of major platforms join in locally. In 2025, AliExpress kept its 11.11 sale going between 11 and 19 November, then moved straight into its end-of-month deals, which lasted from 20 November through 3 December.

Okaz also reported findings from a YouGov study that AliExpress commissioned on Saudi shoppers. Among them:

• Over 65% shop online weekly or more often.
• 35% begin getting ready for major sale seasons weeks ahead.
• 72% name exclusive deals and discounts as their main reason to buy.

Some stores give their members a head start. In 2024, Amazon Saudi Arabia let Prime members into its 11.11 sale at midnight on 7 November, one day ahead of everyone else. On top of that, it gave additional instant discounts on selected bank cards, plus payment in instalments with Tabby and Tamara, or through interest-free bank plans, on eligible orders.

A few easy things to do beforehand:

• Build a wishlist in every store's app, limited to items you really plan to buy.
• Write down what those items cost two weeks or more ahead of the sale, so you can judge whether a discount is genuine.
• Switch on notifications in the apps, since flash deals don't last long.
• Subscribed to something like Prime or noon One? Check that the membership is active before the deals go live.

In most cases, no. According to noon's Help Center, the majority of its offers cannot be stacked with another offer, code or coupon unless the terms explicitly allow it.

Certain offers ask for a code while others kick in on their own at checkout, and each offer's details set out its limits, how often you can use it and what it excludes. Because noon may cancel an order that breaks the offer's terms, rely on the terms shown at checkout as the most accurate guide.

When one order qualifies for both a bank offer and a code from the store, calculate the final total under each and go with the lower one. Also check the bank's conditions, such as the minimum spend, the maximum discount and which payment methods qualify.

To curb misleading and fake deals, the Ministry of Commerce regulates sales in physical shops and online stores. The rules that matter most to shoppers:

• A store needs a sales licence before it advertises a discount, and must show it so you can verify it by scanning its barcode.
• The percentage off has to be stated clearly and precisely (from – to).
• Price tags list both the original price and the sale price.
• Throughout the sale, the store makes its policy on exchanges and returns known.
• Discounted items are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• You may buy an item on its own, without being forced to take the promotion attached to it.

Mostly, yes. Under the E-Commerce Law, you may withdraw from the contract during the 7 days after delivery provided the item is unused, and the cost of sending it back is yours unless you and the store agree otherwise.

The exceptions are: items custom-made for you, newspapers, magazines and books, software and discs that have been used, software you download from the internet, transport, accommodation and catering services, and faults that come from misuse.

You can also cancel and get a refund if delivery takes longer than 15 days from your order, or after the date you agreed with the store. Some stores allow a longer return window under their own policies, so look at the product page before buying.
